We stand behind our merchandise 100%.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product please return it!

1.  Please call us in order to get return instructions.

2.  All returned items must be in the original packaging.

3.  If you have received a defective item from us, please return the item with a copy of your invoice.  Please inform us which you prefer:  a replacement item or a refund for the defective merchandise.

4.  Orders that are damaged in shipping:
Please notify us within 5 business days so that proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise can be taken.

5.  There is a $10.00 S&H fee for orders that are returned. Shipment must arrive prepaid and shipping expenses are nonrefundable.

6.  Refunds are processed within 30 days.

7.  We do NOT accept returns on equipment or the Roof Reviver(TM) 40 lb pails unless items are damaged in shipment!
