ROOF REVIVER™ Roof Cleaner Instructions
*Do not leave mixed solution in an air tight container.
*Use the mixed solution immediately.
Gradual Stain Removal Description: This method may not give you immediate results and is designed for difficult, inaccessible conditions, and those wishing to stay off of the roof. ROOF REVIVER™ may be applied from the ground or a ladder and does not require rinsing.
Gradual Removal Method for streaks and stains:
Mixing Instructions: Put 2 gallons of water (warm if possible) into a pump-up sprayer (or use your ROOF REVIVER PUMP™ Fast Application Tool). Next add 1 cup for light stains; up to 2 cups for heavier stains of ROOF REVIVER™. Mix solution gently until completely dissolved. Failure to completely dissolve mixture could clog your sprayer tip! Apply to roof immediately.
Application Instructions: Apply product to shingles evenly. Start at the top and work down. Many light coats work better than 1 heavy coat. As a precaution, rinse any over-spray off of plants, gutters, siding etc. Wait for ROOF REVIVER™ to dry (about 1 hour). Do not rinse it off. Once the roof has dried, apply a second coat of ROOF REVIVER™. Do not rinse it off! Leave ROOF REVIVER™ on for Mother Nature to rinse off over time (up to 6 months). This method takes longer to obtain a clean roof, but does not require the extra work of rinsing. You have now stopped the spread of ugly and destructive roof stains!
*Results will vary depending on severity of stain and frequency of rainfall.
*Repeat as necessary every 60 days until desired effect is achieved. Once clean and stain free, apply ROOF REVIVER™ yearly to prevent future stains.
*Try to apply ROOF REVIVER™ at least 1 day prior to expected rainfall
Rapid Stain Removal Method for removing streaks and stains:
Mixing Instructions: Put 2 gallons of water (warm if possible) into a pump- type sprayer (or use your ROOF REVIVER PUMP™) then add 1 cup for light stains; up to 2 cups for heavier stains of ROOF REVIVER™. Mix solution gently until completely dissolved. Failure to completely dissolve the mixture could clog your sprayer tip!
Application Instructions: Apply to roof as soon as possible starting at the top and working down. Many light coats work better than 1 heavy coat. As a precaution rinse any over-spray off of plants, gutters, siding etc. Wait for ROOF REVIVER™ to dry (about 1 hour). You may leave ROOF REVIVER™ on the roof as long as you wish before rinsing.
Rinsing Instructions: Once the product has dried, use 400-600 psi water pressure to thoroughly rinse shingles (Note: standard garden hose pressure is 50-75 psi and may not be adequate to remove stubborn stains). The ROOF REVIVER RAPID RINSER™ Low Pressure Tool is specially designed for the Rapid Removal Process and will give you the instant results you are looking for. The tool does not use high pressure. Instead it uses a high volume of water to safely flush away stains while not dislodging granules. The product and method have been tested by top shingles manufacturers. (Exercise caution if you are not using this special tool)
*Repeat if necessary. Discontinue rinsing if you see granule loss or suspect roof material is being damaged.
*This method will require you to access the roof. You should be experienced at such work and use proper safety and fall protection at all times.
